How the work tends to go

Most engagements begin with a single conversation: not to sell anything, but to figure out whether coaching is the right answer at all. If it is, the work proceeds in regular, focused sessions, with reading, drafting and reflection in between.

My role is to help you think more clearly, write more carefully and act with more confidence: particularly when the next step is not obvious.
