Agency leaders, account leadership, marketing firms, professional services groups and executive audiences who want a highly interactive, engaged working session that often includes cases to be solved in real time.

What Teams Take Away

  • A shared language for client service across the firm.

  • Habits that build trust in small, repeatable ways.

  • Practical tools for listening, writing and presenting.

  • Permission to slow down enough to do the work well.

Why a workshop and not just the book?

This is what every prospective client should ask. It's what I would ask if I were in the market for a workshop.

Reading or even discussing a book doesn't come close to matching what live learning means in terms of professional growth. There is something almost magical about participating in a session with someone who brings perspective, wisdom and learned experience to share with those assembled.

Yes, I do hope people read The Art of Client Service. I didn't write it to make money or to become famous. I wrote it simply to be helpful. That said, there is something galvanizing, almost electric, about live performance and in a modest way that's what I try my best to replicate in my workshops. This is what I strive for in every presentation I conduct and it's why I continue to believe the benefit you receive from it more than justifies the money you put into it.
